چکیده
This research explores the practical feasibility and effectiveness of BIM-enabled education in teaching topic project cash flows to construction management students. Using a participatory action methodology, flow exercise was developed, carried out refined investment course simulate integrated practice. The results implementation demonstrate that can promote infuse both BIM collaboration professional practice experiences within an architecture, engineering, construction, facilities (AEC-FM) curriculum. Additionally, method this intervention capability accommodate all levels knowledge Bloom’s taxonomy which is standard requirement for educational module design. study recommends be embraced explored by faculties AEC-FM courses improve learning concepts.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Project Management: a Stakeholders Perspective
Construction projects are becoming much more complex and difficult to manage. As a response Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been developing at a very fast pace. The major shift in ICT for the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector is the spreading of Building Information Modeling (BIM) (Bryde, Broquetas, & Volm, 2013). BIM is a system and its main objective is...
متن کاملA Framework for BIM-enabled Life-cycle Information Management of Construction Project
BIM has been widely used in project management, but on the whole the applications have been scattered and the BIM models have not been deployed throughout the whole project life-cycle. Each participant builds their own BIM, so there is a major problem in how to integrate these dynamic and fragmented data together. In order to solve this problem, this paper focuses on BIMbased life-cycle informa...

Particularly in construction and resources sectors, low productivity will potentially discourage future investments as building assets is becoming more and more unaffordable and unsustainable. In recent years, Building Information Modelling (BIM) is becoming much more active than ever. In order to fully realize where BIM is believed to ...
متن کاملBuilding Information Modelling ( Bim ) Implementation and Remote Construction Projects : Issues , Challenges , and Critiques
The construction industry has been facing a paradigm shift to (i) increase productivity, efficiency, infrastructure value; quality and sustainability (ii) reduce lifecycle costs, lead times and duplications via effective collaboration and communication of stakeholders in construction projects. This paradigm shift is becoming more critical with remote construction projects, which reveals unique ...
